At Ohio Wesleyan, joining a fraternity or sorority means more than wearing letters - it's a commitment to leadership, service and connection. Members of our fraternity and sorority life community are actively engaged in shaping campus life, giving back to local and global communities and forming lifelong friendships within their chapters and across the OWU Greek system.
Approximately one-third of OWU students participate in Fraternity and Sorority Life, with many also involved in athletics, clubs and other campus organizations. Our six fraternities and five sororities reflect the diverse, inclusive spirit of OWU, welcoming members of all backgrounds.
Each of our chapters is affiliated with a national organization: the National Panhellenic Conference, the North American Interfraternity Conference and the National Pan-Hellenic Council - ensuring we uphold high standards and values shared by Greek organizations nationwide.

The councils in collaboration with the Student Involvement Office staff plans and coordinates programming to support the growth and overall improvement of Greek organizations at 勛圖厙. These programs include community wide events, DEI training, and other education to foster a thriving community of continued growth and development.

OWU offers five residential fraternity houses on campus as well as the unique Panhellenic House open to 22 female members from each of the University's National Panhellenic sororities.
